Pay parking is available near the open area after entering guardhouse. They implement first come, first serve basis. Just ask the parking attendant should there an available slot for you. Their rates are posted near the oval after entering the gate. P50 for the first 3 hours and P15 for consecutive hours.
The building has a policy of no smoking in hallways. You can be fined for smoking in common areas. There is designated smoking area located beside the clubhouse.
Convenience store, in-house restaurant at Hibiscus 6th floor, massage spa, laundromat, small bakery, basketball court, badminton court, roof deck observatory and playgrounds are available within the premises of the condominium complex. Gym and pool has a separate membership fee.

Report any damaged items, leaks or breakages immediately so I can have it fixed. • Before leaving, please make the bed neat, clean the dishes and take out the garbage. There is a cleaner, but please do not leave all the work to them. • Please turn off the lights and aircon when leaving the apartment • Strictly: No smoking inside the unit, the balcony or anywhere in the building. There is a penalty fee of P20,000. • Lost keys are charged P4000 fee. • If sheets or towels are stained, there is an additional cleaning fee of P1000 • Maximum: 6 guests only. • A misuse, misconduct or lack of care by the guest that requires a visit to remediate may entail a fee of P600 per instance. • We may need to visit the unit from time to time. We will advise ahead of time should the need arise, and agree timing with you. - Guest needs to self-clean: pull out sheets and place folded on bed, leave towels hanging so they can dry, take out rubbish - Turn off everything, lights, aircon on exit
