This is a fantastic studio apartment located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Its a great place to stay whether you are on business or pleasure. We are looking forward to meet you on your arrival and show you around. The place has great amenities including pool, sauna, steam room, theater, kitchen, barbeque and more. We've got everything you will need in the apartment setup and ready for you, including high speed WiFi internet. We can definitely accommodate checkin anytime even late evening.

The space

We've got a queen bed good for two people, complete kitchen, dining area and living, and a study desk space. You'll have everything you will ever need including washer+dryer, complete bathroom and shower. For extra guests, we have floor mattresses and sofa which can be slept on.

Located in the highly sought after Fulton Lane development, this modern apartment is your perfect hideaway within the busy Melbourne city centre. It has resort style amenities including heated indoor pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment unit including complete kitchen, dining, living areas.

You will also have access to all amenities of the building including pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, barbecue, open gardens and more.

Please note there is only one bed normally prepared for 1 or 2 guests. If you need an extra bed, please let us know and we can prepare for you for a small add-on fee of $19 per stay.

There is convenient paid parking (Wilsons Parking) nearby at 300 La Trobe which has a Beckett street entrance almost across from the building. They have good cheap rates for full day parking which can be booked online.

There are several restaurants at the ground floor, so you don't have to go very far to get a good meal. Across the street is HWKR where you may find Sashi, the last Masterchef winner serving customers.

Within short walking distance is Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central. There is a 7-11 at the nearby street corner.

We are near La Trobe and Elizabeth streets. We are also near Queen Street and Franklin Streets. There is an ANZ and Bank of Melbourne Branch. 7-11 and Australia Post are at a nearby street corner.

Getting around

The best way to get around is by either walking or tram. The place is inside the free tram zone. Melbourne has a great public transpo system. To get anywhere via public transpo, try the PTV app, journey planner on the web or just android/iphone map navigation. You can of course choose to drive. The building is bike friendly. You can get into the building via Franklin Street entrance or via the alley on A Beckett.
