Salcedo Square is located on L.P. Leviste Street in the heart of Salcedo Village’s quieter side. The village is dotted with cozy cafés, food centers and well-landscaped parks that on weekends become either the joggers’ haven or Makati’s biggest weekend food-and-flea market. Centrally located, Salcedo Square is a stone’s throw away from Makati’s biggest malls: Greenbelt and Glorietta, as well as the Ayala Triangle Park. The building location is in the center of the Makati CBD, and is very accessible to the airport, Bonifacio Global City and the Ortigas Business District. Walking distance to Pearson Vue Exam Center

You will have access to a studio apartment as well as all amenities of the building. There is a covered 15-m pool that is good enough for laps and for learning swimming. There are 2 elevators that service the building, and there is a reception and 24-hour security at ground level.

We may need to visit the unit from time to time. We will advise ahead of time should the need arise, and agree timing with you. - Guest needs to self-clean: pull out sheets and place folded on bed, leave towels hanging so they can dry, take out rubbish - Turn off everything, lights, aircon on exit The building admin has placed a ban on incoming short term stay guests. If you book, I will need to argue for your need to stay at our place. We need the guest to answer following questions: - Are of perfect health, and no symptoms? - Have you had any contact with anyone with respiratory disease symptoms? - Have you had any international travel history? - Have you had any inter-province travel history? - Do you have valid need or purpose to be travelling at this time? - Can you provide a contact address? - Are you a resident of Tivoli or Mandaluyong? - Are you staying for at least one month?
