The space
Salcedo Square is located on L.P. Leviste Street in the heart of Salcedo Village’s quieter side. The village is dotted with cozy cafés, food centers and well-landscaped parks that on weekends become either the joggers’ haven or Makati’s biggest weekend food-and-flea market. Centrally located, Salcedo Square is a stone’s throw away from Makati’s biggest malls: Greenbelt and Glorietta, as well as the Ayala Triangle Park. The building location is in the center of the Makati CBD, and is very accessible to the airport, Bonifacio Global City and the Ortigas Business District.
Guest access
You will have access to a studio apartment as well as all amenities of the building including fitness & wellness gym, garden and pool at level 9. There is a covered pool that is good enough for laps and for learning swimming. There is a roofdeck observatory at level 30. There are 3 elevators that service the building, and there is air-conditioned reception and 24-hour security at ground level. There is a convenience store downstairs and a coffee shop. There is also a pharmacy Mercury Drug and several restaurants nearby.
Along the street there are public pay parking slots, and the building has pay parking as well.

Rubbish disposal is at B1, behind the elevators.

• Quiet time after 10pm • Please remove shoes upon entering. - garbage disposal is via the bins at level B1 • Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Report any damaged items, leaks or breakages immediately so I can have it fixed. • Before leaving, please make the bed neat, clean the dishes and take out the garbage. There is a cleaner, but please do not leave all the work to them. • Please turn off the lights and aircon when leaving the apartment • Strictly: No smoking inside the unit, the balcony or anywhere in the building. There is a penalty fee of P20,000. • Lost keys are charged P4000 fee. • If sheets or towels are stained, there is an additional cleaning fee of P1000 • Maximum: 6 guests only. • A misuse, misconduct or lack of care by the guest that requires a visit to remediate may entail a fee of P600 per instance. • We may need to visit the unit from time to time. We will advise ahead of time should the need arise, and agree timing with you. - Guest needs to self-clean: pull out sheets and place folded on bed, leave towels hanging so they can dry, take out rubbish - Turn off everything, lights, aircon on exit - People with a high sensitivity to particulates or dust may be better served by higher end establishments or hotels, that utilize a premium detailing service. The building admin requires ID and vaccination record.
